The piston rod is made of 35#, 45#, 42CrMo etc. materials, after high frequency quenching, it will be precision machining processed and ground by centerless grinding machine, and the hard chrome or QPQ surface treatment. (modulation processing hardness, high frequency quenching hardness and depth, electroplating and QPQ thickness are all subject to customer drawings).
